Damage Deposit

Yes as long as there is no damage such as puke, pee, fecal matter, excessive trash, paint, mattress ripped, tent ripped, products rented are broken. Also this deposit covers missing items. If something that was rented was missing from the tent we will not refund that portion of the deposit back. All refunds are issued 3-5 days after the last day of the event. Please keep in mind if you leave on Sunday but the event is over on Monday we don’t start counting the days until Monday.

We ask anyone who has broke something such as the tent or the bed to call us and remit payment. Just do the right thing!!! Running off like a coward makes you well a coward!!! We understand mistakes happen but being honest and respectful is the way to go.
